At VELNORA, we process and fulfill all orders with care to get your supplements to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
* You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and may vary slightly depending on your exact location, weather, or peak holiday periods.*

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.

*Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update after receiving your shipment confirmation email.*

4. Address Corrections & Missing Packages
* **Address Accuracy:** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
* **Delivered but Not Received:** If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your residence, speak with household members or neighbors, and contact your local post office.
* **Damaged or Lost Items:** If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us immediately at support@yourbrand.com with your order number and photos of the package so we can assist you.
